REFUND POLICY

We have a strict ‘No Refund’ policy however they may be allowed under exceptional circumstances whereby the product is out of stock or appears to be faulty. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used at the time of the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) with applicable taxes. Please note, all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Customers will be required to allow up to two weeks for the return process and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
