Message from the CEO

As we navigate these unprecedented times, we want to ensure that we are keeping our employees, customers, vendors and stakeholders informed. Cheetay’s number one priority continues to be the health and safety of our team. We are employing global best practices to ensure the best outcomes while implementing our industry-leading “contactless delivery” for our riders and WFH policies for our administrative teams.

While there is no playbook for navigating a crisis like the global COVID-19 pandemic, Cheetay has taken a leadership role in Pakistan in advocating for safety procedures and innovative solutions while leading the charge in collaborating with businesses and non-profit organizations to help our communities at large. Our employees have also set up a COVID-19 Financial Assistance Fund for our riders and those affected by the crisis in our community. During this crisis and always, we are committed to the following principles:

  1. We are a critical services provider, and will uphold our responsibility to maintain services and support our vendors and customers, even in these difficult times
  2. WFH, contactless delivery and other policies that help “flatten the curve” are now standard operating procedures
  3. Wherever possible, we will deploy our assets and expertise to support our community, frontline personnel and healthcare providers
  4. The leadership team will match all employee contributions to the COVID-19 Financial Assistance Fund 5x

On a personal note, I want to thank our team for their continued support and tireless efforts in the last few months. I could not be more proud of the poise, precision and resolve they have shown in coming together, marshalling our resources and rallying others to the cause as well.
